How To Order
Payment can be made 24 hours a day online using Paypal's secure credit card payment facility.
If you prefer to place your order over the telephone, simply contact us direct between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday on 020 8208 0040.
Delivery (UK ONLY)
Our clocks are sent via 'Royal Mail' postal service who deliver between 9am and 5pm weekdays and Saturdays.
Delivery time is usually between 2 - 5 working days within the UK. However we only guarantee delivery within 21 days.
Postage is £5 and free for orders over £59 (UK Mainland Only).
For destinations outside the UK, the postage charge is £10.
Our Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in it's original condition within 7 working days and we will issue a full refund including the original delivery cost, but not the cost of the return postage.
