Service Rating : Unfortunately the clock arrived very damaged which wasn't evident from the packaging. However, my request for a replacement was dealt with very swiftly and without any protracted communication.
Product : The clock actually looks better than the website image. Very pleased with the finish and look. My only (very small) criticism is that there isn't a hook or fixing on the back of the clock, there is only the rim of the outer casing to hang on a wall hook or nail
